Ideally, you bring:
A university degree in engineering, computer science, or business; a Ph.D. is a plus.
Experience in consulting projects or internal change programs.
An independent, methodical, and solution-oriented working style with a structured approach.
A strong link to our service portfolio (e.g. transformation management, digital engineering, process optimization, agile/CI toolchains, QMS/quality management systems).
A relevant client network or initial connections in key industries.
Recognized certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ASPICE Assessor, Functional Safety Engineer, Systemic Coach, or comparable qualifications.
Flexibility and willingness to travel when required.
Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written.
